How you can help us to ensure optimum results

Our services will improve the look, feel, smell and longevity of your carpets and furniture coverings. To enable us to provide the full benefits and most satisfying experience to you, our valued customer, there are a few things you can do to assist us.

Before we visit, you can help by preparing the Areas where cleaning will take place. Your preparation will save time, prevent accidents, and ensure that you will get the most out of our visit.

Here are a few simple things that you can do to optimize your cleaning experience.

Remove light-weight furniture and clutter

Clear the floor of all Areas that we need to access during our visit. Before we arrive, please remove or affix anything that could trip, obstruct or be accidentally damaged, such as:

  • Light-weight furniture such as foot stools, small tables, lamps;
  • Curtains, drapes, table cloths;
  • Children's and pet's toys;
  • Clothing, shoes, socks, slippers;
  • Pet's food and water dishes;
  • Dog bones;
  • Potted plants and stands;
  • Ornaments, antiques and other valuable or fragile items.

Also, please secure any valuable or delicate items such as small electronic appliances, mobile phones, jewellery, etc that could be damaged or misplaced during our visit.

The less clutter in each room the more effective is our cleaning. You should consider putting light furniture and other items (see the list above) in the shed, garage, carport or another room until your carpets or furniture covers have dried.

Preparing your carpets or furniture coverings

It is not essential to vacuum clean the Areas that we are to clean, but doing so will remove much dirt and hair, and maximise the benefits of our deep cleaning processes.

Your children and pets during cleaning

If practical, remove your children and pets to a quiet, safe place during cleaning. Loud noises during the cleaning process may frighten them, and while we use the safest possible cleaning fluids, we recommend their containment during both the cleaning and drying phases, just to be on the safe side.

In short...

It is our aim to deliver the best cleaning results, minimise inconvenience or discomfort to you, your family and pets, and prevent avoidable mishaps. Your co-operation in following these simple steps will assist us to deliver the best results for you.
